After 4 years, it was time for us to replace the roof cover of the restaurant which was leaky. To double its lifespan, we decided to take the opportunity to redo the entire roof by raising it to increase the slope. And since we gain height, it would be a shame not to take the opportunity to add a floor in the form of mezzanine, which will host a lounge and a library / TV / board games…
